Sophie Koritz, Editor-in-Chief

This is Sophie's third year on staff for The Advocate. She was previously features editor before becoming Editor-in-Chief with Madilynn Kipp. Sophie covers a variety of issues both local and national. Outside of The Advocate she is Senior Class President, DECA President, secretary of Chess Club and a varsity cheerleader. Sophie plans on having a career focusing around the United States' government relations and hopes to move to the east coast after she graduates.

Seniors Haley Oetterer, Jennifer Borgmann and Josie Kleinheider work to send out messages to the Homecoming court. My favorite part of Leadership is having the ability to be behind the scenes in all the school events, Kleinheider said. Students have the option to choose the events they work on throughout the year.

Junior Ezra Miles performs as Lumiére in “Beauty and the Beast” during a November performance. “Playing Lumiere was a blast,” Miles said. “I had so much fun using my lanky body for comedic purposes and hanging out with Ely working on our accents and jokes.” “Beauty and the Beast” was Miles third musical at WHS.
