While on Thanksgiving break, I had more free time than usual. That means it calls for a new recipe to try. As I was strolling through my Instagram feed I spotted this delicious-looking reel.
Oreo-Cinnamon Roll bites adventure started with gathering all the ingredients. You will need one can of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls and 8-9 crushed Oreos, one stick (1/2 cup) of melted butter, for dipping and Heavy whipping cream, to drizzle on top before baking.
Then I followed the recipe step by step.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Open your can of cinnamon rolls.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into fours.
- Roll the piece into a little cinnabite.
- Crush your Oreos in a ziplock bag and pour into a bowl.
- Melt your butter in a separate bowl.
- Toss your cinnabites in butter then transfer to Oreos.
- Toss cinnabites into Oreos and make sure all bites are fully coated in Oreos!
- Spray your pan with nonstick spray.
- Place cinnabites in the pan.
- Pour heavy cream on top.
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, melt the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls and drizzle on top
Overall, the smells and the amazing taste made the experience so much more enjoyable. It’s a nice cozy treat that can be eaten any time of the year. I would recommend this recipe to anyone, it’s easy and doesn’t take up a lot of time. The only hiccup I had was not having the right pan for all the Oreo cinnamon roll bites to fit in correctly. So, make sure you have a pan that is small enough for all the bites to sit closely together. My family and I enjoyed it and will be making it again.
